LogisAI

Orders come in, routes go out, drivers deliver and customers are kept informed. When something goes wrong, the Brain handles it inside your rules. Every completed stop is priced in BillAI and costed in AccountsAI.

For couriers, delivery fleets, multi-client 3PLs and delivery networks.

Follow one order through the day ↓

A delivery day is a thousand small decisions.

Most of them are routine. LogisAI makes them, and keeps a record of every one.

In motion

Orders to routes to revenue.

Live operations, the Brain's decisions and the money they turn into, in one system.

0:48 · Orders to routes to revenue

One order through the day

From the order to the books, without anyone moving it along.

One delivery for Northstar Retail, in a 2:00 to 4:00 PM window. Every step below happens on its own.

  1. 7:02 AM

    The order arrives.

From your client's store, an API call or a spreadsheet. A bad order is refused on its own, with the reason; the rest go straight through. Sending an order twice never makes two.

  2. 7:15 AM

    It's routed.

Orders become routes around each customer's window, the size of each van and every driver's hours. Weight, volume and legal driving hours are checked before a route goes to anyone.

  3. 8:30 AM

The van is loaded in stop order.

The driver scans each parcel in, last drop first, so the first delivery is at the doors. A missing or damaged parcel is reported before the van leaves.

  4. 9:05 AM

On the road, and the customer knows.

The route is in the driver app, with or without signal. The customer gets a tracking link with an honest arrival window, never a guess dressed up as a time.

  5. 1:48 PM

    Something changes.

Route 07 falls 14 minutes behind. Stop 8 still lands inside its window, so the tracking page updates and nobody is bothered. Had the window been at risk, the stops left would be re-ordered.

  6. 3:54 PM

    Delivered, with proof.

Signature, photo and the parcel scan, with the time and place. Nothing counts as delivered without the proof you ask for.

  7. 3:54 PM

    Billed, once.

The completed stop goes to BillAI and is priced at Northstar's rates. Each stop is billed once, never twice, and a parcel nobody collected is never charged.

  8. 6:00 PM

    Costed, and the day closes.

Every route is costed per delivered parcel. Any order that wasn't delivered is rebooked or handed to a person, so nothing is left hanging overnight.

When the day goes wrong

Most of what goes wrong already has an answer.

The Brain knows 36 situations on the road and what to do about each: what it handles on its own, and when a person is needed.

A driver doesn't show.

Saw
Route 03's driver hasn't checked in, 20 minutes before the start.
Did
Reminders first. Then a backup driver from the same group gets the whole route, same van, legal hours checked.

Fixed rule

A van breaks down.

Saw
Van 5 stops at 11:20 with nine stops left.
Did
The van is marked down. A spare van and driver are sent to take its parcels over, or the orders go back into planning. Your dispatcher is told.
By
Fixed rule

A road closes.

Saw
A driver reports Lakeshore closed.
Did
Every other route goes round it, and the drivers heading that way are told what changed.
By
Your policy

A phone goes quiet.

Saw
Route 05's phone hasn't been heard from for ten minutes.
Did
The driver is asked first. No answer, and the office is told. Customers aren't sent times nobody can confirm.

How the Brain decides →

Your team

Only what needs a person reaches your team.

  • Decisions arrive prepared

What happened, the options, and what the Brain would do.

  • One question, not a thousand

When fifty routes are late for one reason, you're asked once.

  • Decide, or let it go ahead

Some choices come with a deadline. Answer, or the Brain goes ahead as it said it would.

  • Undo

Anything it did, you can undo. It never redoes what a person undid.

Everything it does is on the record: what it saw, what it did and why.

By design

Built in, not bolted on.

36situations on the road, each with a plan
4ways a decision gets made, from a fixed rule to a person
3messages at most to a customer in any four hours
0routes given to a driver past their legal hours

These describe how the system works. They aren't a customer's results.

Plans capacity

Know the fleet you need before you buy it.

Fleet size is usually settled by argument and memory. LogisAI sizes it from the routes you actually ran: how many vehicles, of which size, and how many drivers need to be full-time.

  • How many, what size

Every route is measured against the smallest vehicle that could have carried it, so the answer is the mix you should own, not the one you already have.

  • Full-time core, part-time peak

The work that's there every day is a full-time job. The work above it isn't. The split is a choice you make, with the cost of each service level in view.

  • Sized from real routes

Built on delivered routes, weights and volumes, and it says what it was sized on, so a recommendation is never mistaken for a guess.

The money

Every stop billed. Every route costed.

The work and the money run in one system, so what you earned, what it cost and what you made are known as the work is done.

  • BillAI prices it

Each completed stop is priced at your customer's rates and invoiced, once, never twice.

  • AccountsAI costs it

What your fleet really costs is shared across the routes that ran. A missing cost is never counted as zero.

  • Margin on every route

Revenue and cost meet on every route and customer, so a loss shows up while there's still time to fix the price.

BillAI and AccountsAI are our own platforms. The money side in detail →

Built for

One platform for the way you run.

  • Your vans or theirs

Company-owned fleets, contractors and driver-owned vehicles.

  • One depot or many

Each with its own hours, cut-offs and service areas.

  • Many clients

Couriers and 3PLs with a rate card, a bill-to and a tracking key for every client.

  • Pickups and deliveries

A pickup always comes before its delivery, and a parcel nobody collected is never delivered or charged.

  • Your systems, connected

Orders by API, from Shopify or a spreadsheet, and signed updates back to your client's systems.

  • Drivers in their language

The driver app speaks English, Indonesian and Arabic, and works without signal.

  3. Measured, not guessed

How often a person was needed, how fast problems were handled, and what was billed and what it cost.

  4. You decide

Keep going, change the rules, or stop.
